Cosmic Kids Yoga (Youtube)

We tried out Cosmic Kids Yoga on youtube today (going on a bear hunt version). We loved it! Thanks for the activity suggestion. We will try and do another one later today or tomorrow :)

Does anyone else have any follow-along exercise videos they do with their kids at home?

Hi, I hope everyone is enjoying participating in Active-Prem, I would love to hear how it's been going getting to the activity each week. I often find it tricky to get the kids organised and out of the house.
